What are your store hours?

Our Colorado store is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00-4:30PM

Our Tempe store is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00-4:00PM

Our Phoenix store is open from Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Our Sacto store is open from Monday to Friday from 4:00PM

Our Las Vegas location is open from Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash payments.

What is your return / refund policy?


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You can always return a purchased item directly to one of our stores. In case of sending an item back you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do you take back special orders?

Special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Do you deliver?

Online Store

When you place an order online we’ll gather the items for you and have it delivered directly to your home. Unfortunately, some of our products exceed shipping dimensions and weight and have to be picked up in one of our stores. When placing an order online, the delivery method will be displayed in the shopping cart. Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or APOs.


We deliver state wide to our established contractor accounts. If you are located in one of our delivery areas but do not have an account with us yet, we deliver to you for a fee. Please call our sales team for any questions.

Do you install?

No, we do not install. Call our sales team and we will be happy to refer you to experienced, licensed contractors that can help.

Do you have a showroom where I can see what your product offering?

Yes, we have a showroom at our Phoenix location that you can visit. Our sales staff will be at your disposition for any questions you might have.

Do you sell to the general public?

Yes. We cater to the contractor as well as to the Do-It-Yourselfer.
